Privacy Policy

TODO: registered business name operates Invito Bello. This explains what we collect and why. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to make and deliver your invitation, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

• Invitation content — the names, dates, venue and any photographs you enter. This is published on your invitation page, which is the point of the service.
• Your email address — so we can send you the private link for editing your invitation later.
• Your phone number — collected during payment. We keep it so we can send your link over WhatsApp in future, and to reach you about your order.
• Payment details — handled entirely by our payment providers. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Before you pay

While you are building an invitation, everything stays in your own browser. Nothing is sent to our servers until you choose to pay. If you close the tab without buying, we never received it.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run this: our hosting provider, our database provider, our payment providers (Razorpay in India, Stripe elsewhere) and our email provider. Each handles the data only to provide their part of the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your invitation is public

An invitation link is unlisted but not secret — anyone with the link can open it, which is how you share it with guests. Do not put anything on it you would not want a stranger to read. It becomes private 30 days after your event date.

How long we keep it

Invitation content is kept while your invitation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your invitation at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act on it.
