Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of Invito Bello (“we”, “us”), operated by TODO: registered business name, TODO: registered address, city, state, PIN. By using the site you agree to them.

What we provide

We let you personalise an invitation design and publish it as a web page on its own link. You pay once per invitation. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Your content

You keep ownership of the names, dates, photographs, music and other details you enter. You give us permission to host and display that content for the purpose of delivering your invitation. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you upload.

Music you upload. Every design comes with its own background music, which we have licensed for this purpose. You may replace it with your own audio file. If you do, you confirm that you hold the rights to use that recording on a public web page — a song bought from a store or streaming service does not give you those rights. We do not supply, licence or recommend commercial music, and we will remove an uploaded track on a rights holder’s request.

You must not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may take down an invitation that does, without a refund.

Our designs

The templates, artwork, fonts and code remain ours. Buying an invitation gives you the right to publish and share that one invitation, not to resell or redistribute the design itself.

How long your invitation stays online

Your invitation stays publicly reachable until 30 days after the event date you entered, then becomes private automatically. Keep your own copy of anything you want to preserve beyond that.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the invitation in question.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the foot of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of TODO: city, state have exclusive jurisdiction.
